To ensure smooth scheduling, we kindly request a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Our team provides helpful reminders, offering flexibility to adjust your appointment. While our reminders aim to assist, ultimately, it remains your responsibility to remember your scheduled visits. A 50% charge is applicable for cancellations after 24-hours. No shows are full charge. Repeated instances of no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.

Medical or child-related excuses will be accepted. We simply ask that this courtesy not be overused.

If you are running late give us a text or call, we still might be able to accommodate you.

Walk-ins

At Jaxe Aesthetics, we do accept walk-ins for waxing services. Depending on how busy we are that day, we may be able to see you immediately or there might be a short wait of a few minutes.

Form of payments

At Jaxe Aesthetics, we prefer cash as our primary payment method. We also offer the option to use cards, securely storing your information for future appointments to make check‑ins faster and to ensure compliance with our policies. Our booking and checkout process is handled through Square, a trusted and reliable platform.
